
Manila is a major hub for cultural events and it houses many museums, theatres and art centres. The city hosts a plethora of events revolving around music, movies, art or traditional holidays. Celebrations start as early as October and continue all the way till January. Manila Day is a public holiday on 24th June honouring the origin of the city, as each district throws its own fiesta.
